Yes, all residents are required to maintain a renter’s insurance policy. The policy must include $300,000 in liability coverage and any personal coverage you choose for your belongings.
Our lease requires a 60-day written notice to vacate. An early termination fee equal to 2 month's rent will be charged at the time a notice to vacate is submitted to our office.
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the Resident Portal and are typically completed within 24–48 hours. We also provide 24-hour emergency maintenance for urgent issues.
